Ms. Theresa Castronovo
<p><!--block-->Ms. Theresa began her early childhood education career at Marquette University in 2004. During her college years, she completed her field work at MPS schools throughout Milwaukee. For a brief time after graduation, she was a subsitute teacher for the Cudahy School District. Ms. Theresa started with KinderCare in Dec. 2009 as the Prekindergarten Teacher. As a teacher, she mentored new teachers and assumed the Health and Safety role. She quickly rose to Program Specialist and Assistant Director at her center. Ms. Theresa has over five years of management experience at several different KinderCare locations. Most recently, she is the Center Director at the HWY 100 KinderCare in Franklin.</p>

Ms. Marria Rusch
<p><!--block-->Ms. Marria started with KinderCare in August 2008 as an assistant teacher. While pursuing her bachelor's degree in education, Ms. Marria helped other teachers grow in their classrooms and worked with parents to make them feel at home at the St. Francis KinderCare center. In 2015, Marria became a Program Specialist and filled in at centers where their Assistant Directors were on maternity leave. Having gained experience at those centers, she has started her new role as Assistant Director at the Franklin KinderCare center.</p>

<p><!--block-->Ms. Christina has only taught with us for a short time, but her influence has been extraordinary. Within her first week, she made such a significant impact on the parents that they were stopping to comment on their admiration for her. She has such a calming presence in the classroom, and takes the time to get to know each child individually to ensure that she can accommodate everything he or she needs. </p>

Her gentle approach gives the Infant Classroom a calm environment where babies can learn and grow. Ms. Ashley enjoys watching the children accomplish each milestone in their early lives.</p>
