I Love ILKB

I am new to kickboxing in general, and to this gym specifically and it is amazing! The instructors are incredibly helpful and friendly and always willing to help when I am struggling in class! I never feel embarrassed or out of place, even when I have no idea what I am doing! A MUST for anyone who is even thinking about giving kickboxing a try!

I Love ILKB

ILKB Franklin is Amazing!

Joining ILKB Franklin has been one of the best choices I have made. Since day 1 I have been welcomed and made part of the group. All the instructors have an amazing attitude, are willing to help, want to see you succeed, and give you great advice to do so. Workouts are amazing and you leave feeling great! Want to try something different, full of energy, surrounded by amazing people from all walks of life, with great end results? ILKB Franklin is the place to be!!

ilkb

ILKB is my favorite place to workout! I've been started workout there in August and love the changes in my body as result. The exercises are intense and incredibly rewarding. The instructors are always friendly and motivating. I love all of my instructors. I am sure to recommend this studio to all of my friends who look to build their body shape and to become healthier. The workouts are always different and work your whole body.

I joined ILKB a couple of weeks ago and I am really loving it! The workouts are hard but you definitely feel the burn! The instructors don’t just leave you to fumble on your own. Great workout with great people

I’m so glad I joined ILKB. The workout is great and since the routines change each time you don’t get bored. But the instructors and other members are what keep you coming back. They make class fun and will support but challenge you. After 2 short months I’ve lost weight, have nice muscle definition and improved endurance. I’m hooked.

iLoveKickboxing

I joined iLoveKickboxing in August and I absolutely love it! I was tired of sitting at home and not doing anything for myself and I saw the 3 class special so decided why not?! I attended my first class and the staff was so amazing! They were patient with me and helped me modify some of the harder moves until I got the hang of it. They push you and motivate you and make the workouts fun. Don’t get me wrong, its hard work but so worth it!

ILKB

I Love Kickboxing (ILKB) is a different way to get your exercise on. Scessions begin with a 15 minute cardio warm up with jogging, high knees, and back kicks then a mixture of burpees, squats, bicycles, sit-ups, v-ups and other and other exercises. The rotation changes all the time so the workout always feels new. After that there's a stretching section which is great for me since flexability is one of the areas I'm looking to improve. Next comes probably the most fun part of the workout, bag rounds. Bag rounds consist of punching and kicking exercises overseen by the instructors who demonstrate the form and combos then walk you through them and show you where you can improve. After bag rounds thereare partner rounds which can be pretty fun to do with your significant other and include some tandem exercise and punching speed drills. Finally the scession ends with more stretching and some helpful fitness tips. ILKB is pretty different than any gym I've been to. The instructors are friendly and the the antmosphere is a lot more fun and lively than what I'm used to. For those people into social media there's a really active facebook group for members that's a buzz with posts from ILKB staff as well as otther members. If you're looking to exercise but don't like the feel of gyms ILKB is definitely a good option to try out.

Love ILKB

ILKB Franklin is fantastic! It's a great workout and the staff make it so much fun! I look forward to going 4-5 times a week instead of dreading going to the gym like I used to. Recommend for sure!

I was nervous about signing up for my first class there and whether I was walking into a place that'll be filled with professional kickboxers but that wasn't the case at all. From the first phone call to the first moment I walked in the instructors made me feel incredibly welcome. They're incredibly supportive and helpful and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I didn't hesitate to sign up for a full membership after my second class! The atmosphere of the studio, instructors, and trainers keep me coming back 4-5 times per week and in the first 2 months I've seen some great results physically. It's definitely created a new drive in me to dedicate myself to going to the gym and getting healthy that I haven't had in several years. Definitely recommend anyone looking to change up or improve their fitness routine checks this place out!

So Glad I Joined the ILKB Club!

I love kickboxing is the best workout around and can be adjusted based on your goals and activity level. The staff really make an effort to get to know you and personalize the workout for you. Staff also help you with your technique so you can be sure your roundhouse kicks will be perfect. Would recommend!!!
